Andrew Weber-USA TODAY Sports
Florida State coach Jimbo Fisher announced Thursday that linebacker Ukeme Eligwe has been dismissed for a violation of team rules. Per ESPN:

Fisher did not specify what the violation was specifically for or if it was a first offense.

The 6-foot-2, 239-pound redshirt sophomore was part of Florida State's 2012 recruiting class that finished ranked No. 2 and was expected to compete for a starting position this season. However, Eligwe suffered a Lisfranc injury during the spring and missed Florida State's first four games.
Eligwe's last played against Wake Forest on Oct. 4 and recorded two tackles. He has not played since.
