According to ESPN’s Pete Thamel, officials for the Big Ten Conference are discussing a “league-wide mandate” not to play Texas Tech in any sports. This comes after a Texas judge granting an injunction to let Brendan Sorsby play for the Red Raiders this year...
quote:

“NEWS: Big Ten officials are expected to discuss in the upcoming days a league-wide mandate to not play Texas Tech in any sports, per three Big Ten sources. This is in the wake of Nebraska AD Troy Dannen informing his staff today that they aren’t allowed to schedule Texas Tech,” Thamel wrote.

Georgia too... (The Spun)

Maybe Draft Kings or another on-line gambling company can start taking bets on judicial opinions. Surely there would not be an uproar about possible decisions being decided on personal bias and political viewpoint.

What were the odds on the Karmelo sentencing. Like all gambling they move, house makes money on the vig.

Think about this. On-line gambling on court decisions. Voir dire. How many strikes does each side have? What is the make-up of the jury seated? What are their names and ethnicity...this can play in a bet. Is there social media influence, is area demographics a factor, MSM coverage, community. Most, more than most judges rule within the law, they decide based on precedent. NCAA rules do not allow gambling. Period.

I guess she "feels" differently.

So the big 12 is going to boycott one of its own teams?? Tech is spending like ballplayer at the strip club, so will be interesting to see if being blackballed will get their players to move along, destroying what they are trying to build.

Is the Big 12 champion an automatic qualifier? I mean who do they play anyway? That conference which was formed from the SWC, Big8, Big12 has always been fricked up.

side note: It's always been fricked up because of Texas.
