In a world dominated by Nike and Under Armour, Oklahoma's Trae Young (and soon-to-be NBA first round pick) has reportedly been offered a shoe endorsement deal with...Puma. Puma? Read the whole article here...

Love to see Puma make a comeback and actually be a shoe on an NBA court next year.

I never owned a pair but there is something nostalgic about it. I like the new Puma designs but not sure how they perform. Chucks are making a big comeback so who knows.

Bring back the original leather basketball shoe the Converse. I remember when I was young and I forgot what store it was but I remember seeing the Dr. J autographed Converse I think it was size 15 in the window. Everyday I was on Canal St. I stop to look at that particular shoe long before the Air Jordan.

While we're at it can we bring back Pony baseball cleats too. The all black with gold stitching was so bad azz looking.

So classy. I remember being at a week long over night baseball camp in 1994 (during the OJ Simpson car chase) and all of the older kids had the Pony cleats. I wanted them so badly.

That is the ultimate HS baseball cleat if you played in the 90s no doubt. I also wore the all black Nike Clippers in low and mid back in those days.
