Mark is exactly correct.

Delhi and Rayville are already Pickleball Mecca. It will be a natural progression to turn the largest building in the state into something usable like 8,000 pickleball courts under one roof.

Actually, I think all the pickleball courts will turn into data centers.

His statement is correct from the perspective that the very AI centers he is crappin on will create the next technology leap which will move beyond massive AI centers. But, he will not give the current technology any credit as he 'missed on this one'!!!

AI and data centers in particular are going to be flops. It has already started being evident. AI was vastly overpromised and as far as the data centers go, water usage, electrical usage, and noise pollution in the area due to all the AC compressors is going to only turn people more against them. Even putting them in the boondocks isn't working.

You need to do your own research and not regurgitate the media's scare tactics. No one complains about golf course's water usage, which is a lot more. No one complains about steel factories, which use more electricity.
Noise pollution, lol...

AI will change everyone's lives in the next 5-10 years. All of it might not be good, but it's definitely coming.
