Possibly so. Wiki says he had be suffering from a sinus infection and a "substantial" cough for a couple of weeks. Sucks for his family and fans.

It had to be some severe pneumonia or he went septic. Battling sinus infection and getting into your lungs can go downhill fast. But it is hard to believe that is what took him out, had to be something more to this.
