New blood and energy is what this program needed. We got that in Orgeron, Craig, Aranda and Juluke. Our only real loss was Frank. Steele and Ball were extremely underwhelming hires. On paper, this team and staff are serious NC contenders...

I'm always amazed how former players can coach a different positions than the ones they played. I'll always remember DC coming into Tiger Stadium tearing up Teppers D. Dude was unstoppable that night.

Lou Tipper defenses at LSU had plenty of B's tearing them up in '98 & '99. The only successful games Lou coached against a decent opponent was his first in '97 in the Independence Bowl vs Notre Dame and '99 vs State (who won the SEC west that year). Ole Lou just needed 3 "more" years to established his scheme,

Actually Jefferson said out of anyone, Miles and the team never wavered their support. I think even Ricky said he came here because of how coach treated Jordan.
