LSU junior cornerbacks Donte Jackson and Kevin Toliver met with the media on Thursday and said that they are the best cornerback duo in the nation.

Both players were obviously having some fun and Jackson also added that he would go higher in the NFL draft while Toliver said he would run faster at the combine.

Is there more than the clip because neither one said "best in the nation"

From what I've seen...they're not. Don't tell me you're the best, show me.

Jackson was damn good last year. Tolliver had a good freshman year but dipped due to some reasons last year. Don't see any reason why they can't be.

I see confidence, not too cocky. Hopefully their working on technique and ball skills to back it up this year.

Damn JA33 didn't teach them the PP7 way. It's about the team. Ya'll will never win it all like this. I'm ashamed to be a Tiger fan. Not representing Louisiana right guys, come on.

I think both will make huge strides this year but they will have to earn that claim.

Both guys have a lot to prove. The talent is there, though.

I'm sure two corners from eastern Michigan or San Jose state think the same thing.

Kevin will be drafted high on his size and potential alone. It would definitely help if he ball out this season also.

Definitely agree.... Size and potential back half of the first. If he balls out like I know he will he's going top ten easy #dbu
