They should stop calling it the Heisman Trophy and start calling it The Bama Running Back Trophy.

Henry isn't even close to being the best player in the country. What a joke.

Fournette not only lost the McNeese game but also played more than half the season without two of his best blockers. Easily lost 300-400 yards with both factors considered. He did pretty awesome with what he had to work with, including 3 freshmen on the OL much of the time.

The Heisman means jack anyways. NFL scouts would all take Fournette over Henry any day of the week. Hell, even Gino Torretta won a Heisman...

Well guess he's not getting an invite.

Leonard earned his yards. Anyone can run through holes that the Bama O line opens up. I would take Leonard any day over Henry.

He has 60 more yards in 1 more game and LF7 has high ypc. Doesn't justify one being the prohibitive favorite and the other a 33-1 longshot

@barry - LF7's numbers aren't really better than Henry's. They're both comparable. Henry has more rushing yards. Yes, he did have 1 more game but just facts.

33/1 is still possible.

Maybe the Miles talk will bring his name back into the fold?

Miles cost him the Heisman.

Timing matters, and its f'd up. LF7 peaked too early, since he has better numbers then Henry. He got screwed because our offensive line choked at Bama and the McNeese game got cancelled.
