Per ESPN: BATON ROUGE, La. -- Jordan Chunn ran for 191 yards and a touchdown, Troy's defense forced four turnovers and the surging Trojans upset No. 25 LSU 24-21 on Saturday night.

Troy, which celebrated wildly with traveling fans in largely empty Tiger Stadium as time ran out, became the first team from outside the Southeastern Conference to win in LSU's Death Valley since UAB in 2000. They snapped the Tigers' streak of 49 straight home victories over non-league opponents.

I thought the refs screwed up enough stuff in the Miss State game, giving them 2 seconds to kick a fg, that was a load of crap.

As a Tiger fan I am really disgusted. BUT, the O.C. is in his first year and has a proven track record. Firing Orgeron would be a big mistake simply because there is not a line of proven coaches waiting to take his place and he is a proven recruiter. Unless you have someone better waiting in the wings why change? Imagine if Bama had done that after Sabans first year.

14 juniors/seniors played last night. This is all on the coaches.

Miles should have been fired after the 2015 season. Instead of carrying him around the field, he should have been carried to the airport. 2016 should have started with a new coach. Who? idk but Kirby Smart comes to mind.

Spot on Copiah Tiger. Smart has Georgia looking pretty sweet, doesn't he?

If Ed Oregon and the dim-witted and over-paid Alleva loved LSU, they would BOTH resign and refund their YTD salaries.

I'm sorry to the coach O fans but LSU deserves a coach with head coach championship pedigree. Not a position coach trying to be a head coach. This was very painful to watch.

I agree Emony1969. Who's out there with a championship to his credit?

I am just astounded that coaches are still pushing for Miles Brennan to get PT. He is clearly not ready for college ball should not have been on the field especially after seeing him against Syracuse

As bad as our o-line is, a running qb might be a better fit. Has Narcisse redshirted yet?

I'm not giving LSU another red cent until Orgeron and Alleva are gone.

What is wrong with LSU? NFL draft. No senior leadership.

I gave them Mississippi State pass as awful as it was. But after friggen Syracuse keeping it close and now probably the biggest upset in LSU history, this is bs.

Joe Alleva has to go

We need to "throw caution to the wind" as long as they have no felonies, hire the best offensive genious available. Bama, Clemson, and NOW Georgia are running roughshod over teams. Penn State is there also. 9-6 games are history.

That would be Chip Kelly.

Totally agree. We need a high-IQ coach like Saban, not a low-IQ Line Coach like this clown Orgeron.

Next coach? Bobby Petrino, Lane, Chip. There's at least 1.2 million LSU fans. Where do I send my $10?!

I actually thought about Petrino or Kelly. Petrino has SEC experience, but shaky off field issues. Kelly is very good offensively, and seems to have no personal issues. Plus, he got the Ducks to the NC game against Auburn a few years ago. He washed out in the NFL, so doubtful he would leave. Idk. What do you think, Tiger fans?

That's LSU's mistake on hiring him, not mine! I'm not donating towards that cause!

I see where Orgeron now says he is calling plays and that "everything hoes though him". Where is all this knowledge he supposedly gained since Ole Miss. I suppose Orgeron is meddling in Aranda's defense as well. Orgeron's tremendous coaching insight is valued by his coordinators I'm sure. What a joke.
