No. 6 LSU (5-0, 3-0 SEC) will play host to No. 8 Florida (6-0, 4-0 SEC) this Saturday night in a pivotal SEC matchup in Tiger Stadium. Kickoff is set for 6:00pm CT on ESPN.

LSU overall record against Florida is 27-31-3, with the Tigers winning the last meeting 30-27 in Gainesville last season behind a 50-yard field goal with 3 seconds remaining from Colby Delahoussaye.

The first meeting between LSU & Florida was on Sep. 25, 1937 with the Tigers winning 19-0. LSU has won four of the last five games between the two schools.

Honestly, I don't think it's going to be that close. Florida got a lot of hype when they beat Ole Miss. And that was only because Ole Miss beat Bama. Saturday, LSU will bring Florida back to reality.
