Multiple sources are reporting that LSU offensive analyst Russ Callaway has been hired by the New York Giants as an offensive assistant on Joe Judge's staff.

Per SI.com:

Callaway spent one season (2020) as the Tigers' offensive analyst and had recently been promoted to senior offensive analyst by head coach Ed Orgeron. He also has prior experience as an offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach, positions he held at Samford before joining LSU before the 2020 season.
Back in January, Ed Orgeron re-hired former offensive analyst Jorge Munoz who was on staff during the 15-0 Championship season in 2019. Expect Munoz to have a bigger role on the staff now that Callaway is moving on.

Extremely happy for Russ Callaway! Great things happen to great people! Can’t wait to see him keep climbing and making a difference. This is a guy who truly loves being “at work” and “coaching” the players—not a guy to take up space! Energetic, innovative, and loyal! ???? Super hire for the Giants!

I think we made a great hire at OC but would have been nice to bring Russ more into the fold with a better position on the staff. Maybe that just wasn't possible.
