According to multiple reports, LSU defensive lineman Da'Shawn Womack is expected to enter the NCAA transfer portal.

The former five-star recruit from Baltimore, Md., appeared in 20 games over the last two seasons, registering a total of 2.5 sacks and 21 tackles.

Womack did not play in LSU's last three games and did not travel with the team for the Florida game.

Not surprising. He has not work out nor shown the ability to work out.

Every time he made a play he was out the next series. I would leave too.

He was most likely going to start next year. Why transfer?

He wasn't starting. He got passed up in the depth chart and he has discipline issues.

You have some of these guys that know they will be starters next year. But place their names in the portal to attract the highest bidder.

This problem is not unique to LSU. It’s happening everywhere. For those complaining about losing players ask yourself how much are you donating. Quit thinking about it like the old days, recruiting techniques no longer work. It’s all about the money.

Who's going to donate their hard-earned money for a 18-year-old with no loyalty?

Okay, well stop talking shite when a kid goes somewhere else for more money. Stop blaming coaches when you see money is the reason for losing a said player.

You are 100% correct. You have some of these guys that know they will be starters next year at their respected programs. But place their names in the portal to attract the highest bidder.
