Report: Lane Kiffin To Hire Special Teams Staffer From SEC School

FootballScoop reports that Lane Kiffin is hiring Florida Special Teams Senior Analyst Joe Houston to his new staff in Baton Rouge.
Houston spent the past two seasons in Gainesville and was a special teams assistant with the New England Patriots for four seasons (2020-23).

In addition to his SEC experience, which also includes a year on Nick Saban's Alabama staff in 2019 as a senior special teams analyst, Houston brings with him to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, experience from the NFL. He logged four seasons that spanned the end of the Bill Belichick era, with the New England Patriots.
