Its paying for the construction. But with inflation prices of things go up. The ads bring revenue to the program in turn counteracting with inflation so prices don't have to rise so dramatically.

Isn't the TAF paying for all of this? If so, how would the lack of ads on the new scoreboards lead to higher ticket prices?
