Well if you read the line it says "they WANT to show them off with these billboards." I take that as these are digital billboard designs that will be on the streets soon. Love how LSU fans even find something to hate in billboard designs.

No, and even if they were you would not get the same exact landscape, lighting, etc. That is not how pictures work. clouds move, wind blows.
