Pro Football Focus ranked the top-130 starting college quarterbacks for the 2019 season and put Joe Burrow at No. 17.
quote:

17. LSU: JOE BURROW

Burrow found himself a home with the Tigers in 2018, leading way to a career-high overall grade and a 78.8 passing grade after two seasons of limited snaps at Ohio State. Burrow averaged 7.7 yards per attempt while dominating when kept clean from pressure. His 90.5 passing grade from a clean pocket is a clear sign of potentially even bigger things to come for he and the LSU offense as he’ll have a slew of talented pass-catchers to get the ball to in 2019.

We are very fortunate to have Joe Burrow leading this Tiger team. Good job on this Coach O.

I was watching After Further Review with Matt Moscona one day and he read a list of drafted QB's since Tommy Hudson and it was pathetic. Our offense going on the last four years will be QB'ed by transfers with just two recruited QB's on the roster. Now if everything goes as planned we will have two recruited QB's on campus in 2020 and I would love to see Coach O hire an experience QB Coach someone who just coaches QB's not a OC or a passing game coordinator and WR Coach just a QB Coach I think the offense would greatly benefit from this hire. And as far as this list goes QB Joe Burrow will prove he's much higher than the 17th best QB in week two when he outplays Texas so called #6 QB Sam Ehlinger. I predict QB Joe Burrow will throw for over 3000 yds and over 30 tds and will be drafted in the first two rounds of the NFL Draft, BOOK IT!
