The LSU Board of Supervisors have agreed to cancel classes Monday and Tuesday due to the National Championship game in New Orleans.

Over 90% of the students do not have access to tickets. How many of the students would want to visit NOLA just to be on site? Perhaps canceling classes on Tuesday morning to allow late night celebrations would have been sufficient.

Good move. It was obvious that many students would skip due to the game. The university made adjustments in order to minimize the effect that would have on their education this semester. Good on LSU for this.
