LSU defensive coordinator Blake Baker was asked last week about his relationship with head coach Lane Kiffin as the Tigers continue preparations for the 2026 season.
Baker said the two are still getting to know each other and figuring out how they work together, but described the relationship so far as "outstanding."
"He's a really smart football coach regardless of what side of the ball it is. I have really enjoyed my time with coach Kiffin. He's been really, really good to me."
