LSU released a statement on Tuesday from Morris Claiborne regarding his 2011 SEC Championship ring that surfaced on eBay this week.

The former LSU and current Dallas Cowboys cornerback says the ring was taken from him and put up for sale without his knowledge.

Statement sounds like it was written by someone with a higher wonderlic score than a 4

After the backlash, he took it off eBay and acted like it wasn't him selling it. We aren't dumb

Actually, you should react the same way after posting this comment and getting your appropriate backlash.

What does LSU have a ring of from 2011? Only one I know of is a BCS National Championship ring and that went to the 2011 Bama players.

Reading isn't your strong suit I'm guessing

Your reading comprehension is sorely lacking. LSU, unlike Bama, had to do a few extra things to earn their trip to the BCSNCG that year. Those extra items entitle the players who earned them to a ring.

About as legit as some of those titles that Bama claims. I hear they just dug up another one - the 1960 Better Homes and Gardens National Champions.
