LSU's Ed Orgeron Ranks 30th On The Annual Coaches Salary Database

LSU head coach Ed Orgeron is ranked No. 30 on the annual coaches salary database, published by USA Today on Tuesday

Orgeron made $4,000,000, which is the same that Arkansas' Chad Morris and Illinois' Lovie Smith each made.

There are a lot more guys on that list that are overpaid than underpaid, though I would say Ed O falls in the latter. He'll get his.

Best deal for CEO is to give him a new 5 yr deal (for recruiting purposes) at the 4.5 M/yr with NO BUY OUT. Incentivize the deal such that win a SECCG = contract jumps to 6 M/yr, win a NC = 7 M/yr (could get lucky), win (2) NC = highest paid coach +$1.
