There are a lot more guys on that list that are overpaid than underpaid, though I would say Ed O falls in the latter. He'll get his.

Best deal for CEO is to give him a new 5 yr deal (for recruiting purposes) at the 4.5 M/yr with NO BUY OUT. Incentivize the deal such that win a SECCG = contract jumps to 6 M/yr, win a NC = 7 M/yr (could get lucky), win (2) NC = highest paid coach +$1.
