During Tuesday's media session in Atlanta, LSU offensive coordinator Steve Ensminger said that he expects running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire to play in the Peach Bowl vs. Oklahoma on Saturday.

Edwards-Helaire suffered a non-contact hamstring injury during practice last week and is day-to-day, according to head coach Ed Orgeron's update from Monday.

“Non contact hamstring injury” I’ve never heard of a hamstring injury caused by contact anyway.

I wouldn’t play him unless they are losing and they really need him. I know they will do what’s best though.

If he does play, it will be for 1) pass blocking only, and 2) keeping OK off balance.

Head fake. If he hits the field, it should be as a decoy.
