LSU linebacker Kolbe Fields has reportedly entered his name into the transfer portal.

Fields, a native of New Orleans, La. (Archbishop Rummel HS), transferred to LSU from South Carolina this past offseason. He is listed as a freshman on LSU's roster.

He played in 11 games for the Tigers this season, primarily on special teams and as a backup linebacker.

Whatever…the transfer portal thing has gotten ridiculous. I’m bored of it all. Unless of course we can get some great players to transfer to LSU…then I’m on board!

Wish him the best, but this looks like a stupid move. With how bad the LBs were, he has a chance to oaky next year.

Is he that bad? Like others have said, he'll have to sit out a year since this is transfer #2. Grow some chest, guys.
