Former Williams & Mary offensive coordinator DJ Mangas has joined LSU's staff as an offensive analyst. Per NOLA.com:
quote:

Mangas is filling the role of former LSU quarterback and offensive analyst Brad Kragthorpe, who took a similar role with the Cincinnati Bengals.

Mangas played and coached alongside new LSU passing game coordinator Joe Brady at William & Mary. Both went there as walk-on receivers and eventually made it onto the Tribe staff.
This is LSU's third analysts hire this offseason as the Tigers are looking to replace five others who have left the staff for other jobs.

Man with the experience of QB Joe Burrow and the WR corp, the OLine and with RB's Clyde Edwards-Helaire and the new editions John Emery, Tyrion Davis and if we can keep RB Tae Provens a 6'2" 190 plus lb speed demon out of the backfield, the things Joe Brady can come up with. And I don't know much about DJ Mangas but if he has a professional and personal relationship with Joe Brady it can only benefit LSU offense. These last few hires just prove Coach O is very serious about beating Alabama and this year is setting up as being hopefully the year we do. GEAUX TIGERS!!!!!!!!!!!!PURPLEREIGN?????????

I was concerned with our offense going on 10 years, but this hire all but ensures an OU type of production!! Welcome William & Mary OC!

Hopefully we can keep the core of this group together for a few years, hopefully with Brady as the OC soon.

"fart sniffer" is a hate term, "fart sniffa" is a term they can use among themselves as a term of endearment
