Brandon Gallego / LSU Athletics
Ed Orgeron was on the SEC Coaches Teleconference Wednesday morning and said that they don't have enough healthy players for a full practice or the Tiger Bowl scrimmage, which happens every football season during the bye week.

I get cancelling the Tiger Bowl, but 1 player is enough to practice. Then again, I guess we don’t need the practice. We’re good. If Ed’s still coaching to keep his job, I bet we have practice. Just shows that the crap about nothing changing was more bull shite from Ed.

Poor conditioning often results in injuries, I appreciate all that Tommy Moffitt has done for the LSU football program, but it's time for this dude to hang it up.

2 years in row this team is deceminated by injuires, opt outs, people just quitting etc. Just tells you about the level of poor leadership/planning. O must be holding all the dirt on the program to get a full buyout and not have to coach. I am sure Saban will play that comment on a loop for all the recuits at the Bama game while they Pound LSU by 40 plus????. This will cost the program 2-3 years and many big recruits.

It's evident that a lot of these players who are hurt could play if they wanted. But I don't blame them under the current circumstances for choosing not to do so. The rest of the season is going to be a shite show.

If every team that was .500 or worse quit like LSU does we wouldn’t be able to have football seasons, the fact is they’re pussies

Agreed, they’re 1 in a million to play football for LSU and you quit. Sorry asses.

Where is this evidence you speak of? Have you seen these players moving around in an athletic manner? Have you seen their medical charts?

Strength and conditioning is horrible for this team. Also, no mental toughness among those guys. They are already worried about their future checks.

I make decisions everyday with future checks in mind.

There is a fuzzy line between playing through some pain for the sake of your teammates (stuff a lot of guys could play with and do) and worrying about future checks. Seems like most of the LSU players have drawn the line much closer to the future paycheck side of it.

That’s a shame. It was likely to be the only bowl these guys played in this year.
