New LSU coach Ed Orgeron was on Sirus XM College Sports radio Thursday morning and talked about Cam Cameron, Leonard Fournette, and recruiting in the state of Louisiana.

Orgeron also said that he has spoken to former LSU coach Les Miles twice since he was fired and received a congratulatory text message from him after the Missouri win.

It was probably some rambling incoherent text that O just assumed was congratulatory.

I imagine it was just Miles telling him to use a timeout during the game, he text him when it crossed his mind, which if course was after the game

The way I always thought of Miles was he'd be a fun guy to hang around with, but I would never want him to be the coach at LSU.

I hope Miles gets into broadcasting for the rest of the season and LSU becomes relevant. Would be very cool to see him talk about the Tigers' run with the class befitting of Miles and a good look for the man.

Miles can't speak coherently during a 30-second halftime interview. What makes you think he can handle broadcasting???
