During his weekly press conference on Monday, LSU head coach Les Miles said that quarterback Brandon Harris continues to improve and his more comfortable with his play.

Harris went 12 for 17 with 74 yards and one touchdown pass against Auburn last Saturday. He also added 66 rushing yards and two touchdowns on the ground.

He has been playing the zone read perfectly. With the O-line we have and our obscene backfield/Leonard Fournette. This is exactly what this team needs.

He seems more comfortable everyday. The TD pass to Jeter was brilliant.

He's coming along nicely. I think he will be a good one with time. This year could be a special one.

He had a few dropped balls and he sailed a couple but watching him he seems to be comfortable, which is much more than either one last year. Hopefully he just gets a little better each week and doesn't force things.
