LSU head coach Ed Orgeron spoke on the SEC Coaches Teleconference Wednesday morning and provide an injury update for four key defenders.

Orgeron said that outside linebacker K'Lavon Chaisson is "looking a lot better" and if it continues in practice, he could play this Saturday.

Defensive ends Rashard Lawrence and Glen Logan, and outside linebacker Michael Divinity are all out for the Utah State game.

Rashard plays at a 2nd Round level when healthy but probably will slip 4-5th round

Rashard hasn't played a full season as a starter since high school. If he and Logan bith aren't even a possibility this week I doubt they will magically be 100% next week.

Just let Chassion sit. We need all hands on deck for Florida. He’s a major cog that needs to be 100%.

I agree. Let him rest. We should not need him for this game. Not sure why you were downvoted.

How is he a major cog? He played in two whole games this year and 1 last year.
