Former LSU star quarterback Jayden Daniels was named NFL Rookie of the Week for his performance in Week 1.

The Washington Commanders didn't get the win vs. the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but Daniels played well in his NFL Debut. He finished the game 17-of-24 for 184 passing yards and rushed for 88 yards and two touchdowns in the 37-20 loss.

It's crazy how fast he is, even when playing against NFL defenders. It still looks completely effortless when he takes off and picks up 30+ yards

first of many considering the situations overrated MHJr, limp wristed Caleb, Odunze, and Nabors ended up in. Not to mention Jayden will have to put up crazy stats if Washington wants to be competitive.
