I really like what Giles is doing with punt returns from a ball security stand point. However he may be playing it a little to close to the vest. I saw a few opportunities where he could have made an extra 5-10 yards instead of fair catching the ball. Hopefully he can improve at recognizing those opportunities going forward.

Why does he have to hate on Giles. Just say others are stepping up. This is just like the broasette thing. Giles went to tech for a reason. He’s exceeding expectations as far as I see it

That's a very snowflake thing to say. Sometimes people need a little kick in the arse to motivate them. Maybe he's trying to get him to get it in another gear.

I can't help but to wonder if he had a really good relationship with Brennan and then Ole Joe comes along and has different favorite targets. I feel like Burrow has a better feel for Jefferson and some of the other guys right now and Giles is not on the same page.

He better break through. He was supposed to be our safety blanket when the young receivers had growing pains. He just plain sucks at this point.

I'm in a weird FFL where we draft a few college players each year and keep them in our "farm system." I drafted him this year based on all the hype around him last year and early in camp... looks like I wasted a pick at this point.
