That speech was epic. Whit has put together a hall of fame career playing football and an even greater career off the field during that time impacting communities. Wow!

I remember when guys like Bruce Matthews went into the HOF as like the oldest lineman ever. Never thought Whitworth would be a guy to eclipse that, although Bruce had more years of service to this point. Definitely underrated in college and the NFL.

Good lesson there.... You can always find where a man's passion is, by the depths of the footprints he leaves. Congratulations Andrew Whitworth.

And Tyrann Mathieu won the Walter Payton Man of the Year NFL Charity Challenge. Great representation for LSU.

Always liked Whitworth. I played high school ball, on the o-line while he was playing at LSU. I guess I gravitated watching the big uglies during those times. I always watched Whit for whatever reason. Guess he was just big as shite and we played the same position? IDK. Long story short, congrats to the big man.

Dammit, this man needs to win on Sunday now. Burrow has a long career. Whit is at the end. He needs that ring.

Probably one of the finest products to come out of the state of Louisiana. I met him once in Monroe many years ago (I was a friend of his sister) and his dad is nearly as tall is he is. I had no idea he would stay in the league this long or have the impact he's had. All I recall is that he was kind and very proud of his family... and BIG!

Truly what life is about. Trying to help others as much as possible. Can’t make a difference in everyone’s life, but to the ones you do-it’s worth it. Pretty cool Big Whit
