The Texans have signed eight players to reserve/future contracts. All closed regular season on the 10-player practice squad.

Signed were defensive end Brandon Dunn, tight end RaShaun Allen, offensive tackle Laurence Gibson, running back Kenny Hilliard, receiver Tevin Jones, outside linebacker Eric Lee, inside linebacker Shakeel Rashad and guard Chad Slade.

What kind of money does that type of contract pay? Just curious.

I believe it is league minimum, which they would make until cuts are made in the summer. I'm not positive though that is just the way I understand it.

They also have his former teammate Alfred Blue who gets plenty of touches. So they know what LSU backs can do. He could be good insurance for Houston. Once again, Sean and Mickey looking the other way. Mind boggling!
