Former LSU defensive tackle Trey Lealaimatafao pleaded no contest on Friday to felony charges and was sentenced to six years in state prison, according to mynewsla.com.
quote:

A former Louisiana State University football player, who carried out a series of robberies in South Los Angeles with an ex-USC athlete and a third man, pleaded no contest Friday to felony charges and was immediately sentenced to six years in state prison.

Trey Lealaimatafao, 19, entered his plea to a pair of second-degree robbery counts and one carjacking count.
Lealaimatafao was a part of LSU's 2014 recruiting class but never played a down during his rookie season in Baton Rouge. He was dismissed from the football program in June of 2015 after multiple off-the-field issues, including two arrests.

I like how the L.A. newspaper headline is that former LSU football player gets prison time even though a former USC player who actually played was also arrested and sentenced to the same amount of time.

Never played a down for the Tigers. What a loser he turned out to be. Once he gets out of prison the gumps will sign him.
