ESPN released their preseason SEC wide receiver and tight end rankings this week and pegged LSU's group of Travin Dural, Malachi Dupre, and D.J. Chark at No. 5.
quote:

5. LSU: The Tigers have an impressive duo with Travin Dural and Malachi Dupre, while D.J. Chark showed off his speed and potential in LSU’s bowl win over Texas Tech last year with a 79-yard touchdown run. The Tigers took a depth hit losing Tyron Johnson, Trey Quinn, and John Diarse to transfer this offseason (Diarse in January, Johnson and Quinn over the summer), but the Tigers brought in three receivers in their recruiting class, including two early enrollees (Dee Anderson, Stephen Sullivan). Sophomore Jazz Ferguson should emerge as a contributor after a strong spring.
Dupre had 43 receptions for 698 yards and 6 touchdowns in 2015.

Dural recorded 28 receptions for 533 yards and three touchdowns in 2015. He suffered a season ending hamstring injury against Ole Miss on Nov. 21 and missed LSU's final game against Texas A&M and the Bowl Game against Texas Tech.

Complete Rankings:
1. Alabama
2. Texas A&M
3. Ole Miss
4. Arkansas
5. LSU
6. Kentucky
7. Tennessee
8. Florida
9. Mississippi State
10. Vanderbilt
11. Georgia
12. Auburn
13. Missouri
14. South Carolina

LSU doesn't have TEs, they have guards disguised as TEs. The receivers are good though.

Right where I would put them. Every other group ahead of them have loaded WR spots. Based on depth and talent, I'd put LSU at #1, but their actual production and experience doesn't come close to the other four.
