ESPN released their preseason SEC quarterbacks rankings on Monday and pegged LSU junior quarterback Brandon Harris at No. 4. Ole Miss' Chad Kelly, Tennessee's Josh Dobbs, and Texas A&M's Trevor Knight.
quote:

4. LSU: We’ve seen the potential that Brandon Harris has. We know what kind of weapons he has around him. But when will the coaches let him loose and open up the offense? If they do that and if Harris can finally take that next step, proving to everybody that he is one of the league’s best quarterbacks, then LSU might become the team to beat in the SEC.
Harris passed for 2165 yards with 13 touchdowns and 6 interceptions as a sophomore last season.

At first glance, it's like, WTF? But when you think about it, the sec qb situation is very weak this year.

Not just Harris, but the WRs as well. Plus I thought I remember it coming to light, earlier this year, that he practices passing way less than he should.

When did Trevor Knight beat Bama? I remember Johnny Manzel beat them. I don't recall A&M beating Bama since then...
