ESPN College Football analyst Kirk Herbstreit was on Mike & Mike radio this week and talked about LSU running back Leonard Fournette, who he said looked like a "raging bull" last week against Auburn.

Here is what he had to say, according to SDS:
quote:

“It was one of those performances in September that reminds you how great a player is. He had a sensational freshman year and I think a lot of people had him either winning the Heisman, or at the very least, being in New York City (for the ceremony) so his performance doesn’t surprise me.”

“I think it’s the best game he has played in a LSU Tiger uniform. I think it’s ironic that an Auburn safety called him out. I think that kind of added fuel to his fire.”

“He looked like a raging bull when he ran. He almost looked like a guy playing little league football who was bigger and stronger and badder than everyone else.”

“He was looking to dial people up when he got to the second and third level. Instead of running around them, he was aiming at them.”
Herbstreit also has LSU in his four-team college football playoff predictions, which he unveiled before the season started.
