College Football Live also airs from the set of the GameDay set on Friday afternoon with Samantha Ponder, Marty Smith, Howard and Pollack onsite.

This week marks LSU 26th appearance on GameDay, which includes the show’s 11th visit to the LSU campus. It’s the first time that College GameDay will be located in The Quad, which is considered “the most beloved LSU landmark”.

I wonder where they will park their production trucks? The quad is surrounded by paid parking lots.

Probably alongside Middleton or right behind it. They have to set up in that north end of the Quad to get a good, pretty camera view.

There's a memorial service on the parade grounds to honor veterans that day. They had to move it in 08 for the same reason
