LSU head coach Ed Orgeron said he was not happy about the comments that senior defensive back Dwayne Thomas made last week about dominating the Alabama game this Saturday.

Orgeron spoke to the media Monday and said he would have a talk with Thomas about his comments.

You know what he probably told him? You damn right we gonna dominate now go study some film so you can back up that comments and help your team out so they can do the same. I doubt he said anything at all to him. The only thing I would say is don't go into this game thinking you going to make every play go into it knowing you will make the plays that come your way. Can't wait for this game!

First off I like what CEO said, he'll handle it. Second, not sure either if Thomas is in a position to talk this kind of nonsense in the first place. How about make some impact plays and let that do your talking for you, in the mean time practice extra hard.

This is why I like O. He doesn't mix his words and he don't take no shite.

The "dominating" nonsense is a bit much. In context he was expressing how much he thought of his team. The papers are trying to stir shit, which is what they do.

Bad mouth yourself and talk up the other team.

Blah blah blah. I rather have a confident kid than an un confident kid. If Alabama or any team need extra motivation from such an unremarkable comment by a kid after being asked who will win they game...they have issues..Louisiana boys, get off your high horses and be glad you we have a confident kid.

Confidence and arrogance are 2 completely different things. Spew all the generic bull shite they want you to, the go out and beat their dick into the dirt.

Not sure he's one that can back up shooting off his mouth especially against alabama.

Yep, stupid comments by Thomas. You have 5 game losing streak in this series. Go practice, prepare, be ready, do your job instead of running your mouth. After the game say what you want. But let your performance do your talking. Dominate? go win by 1 point.

Not sure why Thomas would want to give away the game plan...

Shouldn't he have already had the talk? That was quite some time ago.

Give him hell Coach. Absolutely no reason to run your mouth like Thomas did to the media before a big game like the one coming up on Saturday. I like the attitude of Thomas, but keep it in house until after you beat their asses. Geaux Tigers!

I'm sure coach O wants his players to think and feel this way, but doesn't want to give "bulletin board material" to Bama. Just let your play talk for you, is what I'm guessing he'd probably tell Thomas to do.
