LSU coach Ed Orgeron joined 104.5 ESPN's "Off The Bench" Tuesday and was asked about the Husch Blackwell report and also provided team updates as the Tigers gear up for spring football. Per The Advocate:
quote:

“Obviously was deeply saddened and disappointed about what it revealed," Orgeron said in a Monday morning interview with 104.5 ESPN's "Off the Bench." "But myself and our staff are committed to fully implementing the protocols described by the university and the experts it retained. It’s a very serious matter.”

Good PR by O; kept it simple, said what needed to be said by a coach and nothing more!

Now that the covid shite is becoming a thing of the past, I'm ready for football season more than ever.

Until I see 102,501 in Tiger Stadium, the Covid shite isn’t over.

These big time coaches are like lawyers in a sense they know exactly what to say to make everything sound so good

Let’s not start acting like Orgeron did any of this. He did not.

I feel the same about Coach O as I did about Les Miles I trusted them to always do the right and moral thing. But LM’s played us and hide his ugly side very well. I truly hope EO doesn’t have a dark side.

do you think college football coaches can succeed without being scumbags? it's not possible. same goes for corporate bigwigs. they're cutthroat or not bigwigs.
