On Monday, the Kansas City Cheifs activated former LSU running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire from the injured reserve list ahead of the Super Bowl on Sunday.

Edwards-Helaire began the season as the Chiefs starting running back but suffered a high ankle sprain in week 11.

Too bad he’s the 3rd best option

But he is an option... with a bigger paycheck than you.

I hope Clyde runs for 150 and scores two touchdowns, but I won’t be watching. If it’s nice out, I may wash my car, or trim some hedges.

One guy gets a high ankle sprain and misses months. Mahommes has same injury and plays the following week

Hopefully he gets PT but that rookie from Rutgers has been a monster for them.

Interesting

Thought for sure they would just let him sit rest of year injured then cut ties

Maybe just a nice gesture to let him dress out for super bowl before they kick him to curb

You thought for sure, huh?

You don’t waste an active player to dress the 55 man roster just to be nice. They are expecting him to contribute.

Yeah…they want to do something nice for him :/

They’re going to need a screen game to keep Mahomes from getting killed by that dline. Enter CEH.
