Let’s see; scenario # 1 Tigers win their last three beat Georgia they play Tulane. No chance . # 2 Tigers win out but lose to Georgia. Small chance. But most likely Sugar Bowl or top tier bowl
#3 Tigers lose to two SEC schools. Absolutely will play Tulane

Tile and is doing well this season. Always glad to see other in-state schools perform well.

But this wouldn’t be a close game or good matchup.

Wishful thinking.

LSU will win out, beat UGA in the SEC Championship game, and then go on to the playoff championship. Regarding Tulane, hopefully that great kid Ibieta finally overcomes his shoulder issues and comes back strong in 2023.

That matchup makes no sense anywhere but the Superdome

41 bowl games is too many.

Perfect example of why the bowl system should go away. It’s outdated

Would be awesome for Tulane and LSU both, but I can’t see anyone really tuning in nationally.

LSU/Tulane would only make sense in the Sugar Bowl

Why would that make sense? Tulane isn’t in the Big 12

LSU needs an opponent that will draw attention outside of Louisiana IMO. Yes it would be cool to play Tulane, but I just don’t know if it would help with recruiting bc I don’t know how much interest there would be outside of the state.

If LSU plays Tulane in a NY6 game outside of New Orleans....

I'm not going to be surprised if LSU is in a better bowl than the Cotton
