Four-star Oklahoma inside linebacker commit Jacob Phillips spoke to the media after the U.S. Army All-American Bowl on Saturday and opened up about his recruitment.
Phillips, a 6-3, 228-pound prospect from Nashville, TN remains committed to Oklahoma but said that LSU is the 'only school I'm still letting talk to me.'
