Five-star defensive tackle Rashard Lawerence from Monroe, LA (Neville HS) announced Friday that he has committed to LSU. He chose the Tigers over Ohio State.


Lawrence, a 6-3, 300-pound prospect, is rated the No. 5 defensive tackle in the country and the No. 1 player from Louisiana, according to 247Sports.
