Report: LSU's Johnny Jones Expected To Be Fired On Friday

I thought JJ could do it, he had it going with his early recruits, but just couldn’t get it done on the court. The biggest disappointment was the Simmons fiasco. Simmons should have been kicked off the team, but JJ couldn’t do it. He couldn’t make a commitment to Simmons and LSU at the same time without destroying either one. In the end, the Simmons’ affair tarnished Jones and it was his eventual end.

Johnny Jones is a decent man, who will be replaced as coach. It is the right move. However, the fans on this site have not practiced decency as it pertains to Coach Jones. Alleva also could practice some decency.

JJ made more in five years than most average Americans make in a lifetime. He will get another job and will survive. bring on the new Trent
