Former LSU outfielder Paxton Kling announced this weekend that he is transferring to Penn State.

The sophomore from Roaring Spring, Pa., came to Baton Rouge as a highly recruited prospect but hit just .222 this past season.

Josh Pearson, Jake Brown, and Ashton Larson are likely the favorites to start in the outfield next season.

Good for him. Hopefully this set of wheels will get his bat straightened out and succeed.
