Stolen from the great skits of the Rice Marching Owl Band (MOB, which despite its name is actually a scatter band). The MOB has mocked A&M going to the $EC (as they showed on their skit), Baylor's Title IX issues, and Texas' past problems with players getting in trouble with the law (telling the fans their programs would be next week's edition of America's Most Wanted).
