It would depend on if there were 2 outs. If so, then the force out precludes the run even if it occurs after the run scores, but if there were only 1 or no outs, then it wouldn't matter. The batter could be out and they still win.

Did the batter runner technically have to touch 1st base? I know he would on a walk. But the runner had already scored before he came close to first base.
