College Football Insider Ross Dellenger of Yahoo Sports reports that Tulane has offered head coach Jon Sumrall a new deal amid Florida's interest in hiring him as their next head coach.

Florida reportedly shifted their interest from Lane Kiffin to Sumrall late this week.
