One night in the Centroplex, Skandor Akbar was seated outside the ring watching one of his wrestlers compete. Some guy sitting ringside stood up, folded his metal chair, and launched it at Akbar’s back. The chair caught him in the back of the neck and he fell forward onto his knees, stunned. Cops walked the guy out and Akbar continued to manage his wrestler. After the match, the cops let the guy return to his seat amid much cheering.
