On Tuesday, Arkansas athletic director Hunter Yurachek expressed his support for enforcing NIL buyouts from players leaving the program.

His statement was very timely as it came just one day after Arkansas quarterback Madden Iamaleava announced his plans to transfer to UCLA and follow his older brother, Nico.

Not a great idea. Legal fees will drain their NIL fund.

It's a great idea. It's a CONTRACT with terms and provisions. Each side must live up to those terms. Imaleavin breached the contract thus every penny paid to him should be clawed back. And if they have to sue the guy, so be it. I'm sure the collective attorneys will ask for fees and costs so if they are successful (and really see o way they won't be) it'll be Imaleavin whose funds will be drained.
